Change in Status/Dependents
If you have a qualifying event, such as marriage, birth, divorce, change in employment status, etc., you only have 30 DAYS from the date of the event to make changes to your medical plan, dental plan or your section 125 reimbursement account.
New employees must enroll within 30 days of the date of hire. If
an employee does not enroll during the first 30 days, her/his next
opportunity to enroll will be during annual open enrollment period.
