The Maintenance and Operations Department consists of one director, seven maintenance technicians, six groundskeepers, 34 custodians, one storekeeper, one driver, and one secretary.
Our staff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining 641,840 square feet of schools and offices as well as maintaining over 123 acres of grounds.
Our goal is to provide on-going and preventive maintenance designed to maximize benefits at the lowest cost and to ensure maximum life of a facility or piece of equipment with a minimum amount of repairs, replacement or loss of use. |
Maintenance Service RequestsAll service requests must be entered by the designated representative at each site, usually the secretary. DO NOT CONTACT THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT DIRECTLY. Any correspondence received will be returned to the school site.
