Culinary Arts and Farm to Fork Education (CAFFE)

The Culinary Arts and Farm-to-Fork Education or CAFFE program opened its doors at the newly designed Bryte campus in August, 2015. The CAFFE program includes three courses in the Agricultural Sciences Pathway and three courses in the Food and Hospitality Pathway. Students are exposed to all aspects of the life cycle of food and the food industry through the courses with a special emphasis on Farm-to-Fork, celebrating Yolo County's rich agricultural bounty.
