If you are interested in receiving a vaccine, you can schedule an appointment at MyTurn.ca.gov, but walk-ins are also welcome. The benefit of registering online is that there will be less paperwork to complete in person. 

It is recommended that parents/guardians accompany minors in person. However, if parents/guardians cannot accompany the minor, signed written consent is acceptable. The written consent verifies that parents/guardians have been provided the Pfizer emergency use authorization (EUA) Fact Sheet.
