WUSD follows guidance from the California Department of Public Health, Yolo County Department of Public Health, and Yolo County Office of Education. We are also in daily communication with our City leaders and emergency personnel as we continue to assess the situation. Our mission is to continue monitoring the COVID-19 situation and provide you with updates and guidance from health officials as often as possible while sharpening our preparation efforts in the event that additional actions are needed.

Yolo Fresh Text
The Yolo Food Bank operates a program called Yolo Fresh Text connecting families in need of a FREE meal with local food distributions. All you need to do is opt in to receive text messages and you’ll receive a reminder 24 hours before the next free food distribution in our community. This is a great service to be aware of, especially in light of COVID-19. To opt in, text the keyword for your community to 888777 and make sure to review the attached flyers for the appropriate keyword.
