Meeting Agendas

All board meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and related documents shared during school board meetings regarding open session items are posted to the new WUSD GAMUT Agenda platform.
 
Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. with Closed Session and 6:30 p.m. with Open Session. Each meeting is open to the public. Start times are subject to occasional changes. To confirm the start time of a specific meeting, please reference that meeting's agenda.

For the 2023-2024 school year, exceptions to the second and fourth Thursdays of each month are as follows:
 
  • Any special meeting requiring a 24-hour posting of the agenda to the public and the GAMUT meeting software. 
  • One Board Meeting in July 2023 due to Summer Break.
  • One Board Meeting in November 2023 due to Holiday Impact.
    One Board Meeting in December 2023 due to winter break impact.
    • The 15-day scheduling period for 2023’s Annual Organizational Meeting will be December 8, 2023, through December 22, 2023.
  • One Board Meeting in January 2024 due to winter break impact.
  • One Board Meeting in April 2024 is due to the spring break impact.

BOARD MEETING LOCATIONS

Starting on Thursday, July 28, 2022, regularly scheduled Board of Education meetings are held at the West Sacramento Civic Center (City Hall), 1110 West Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
 
The alternate meeting location when the West Sacramento Civic Center (City Hall) is unavailable will be the Washington Unified District Office, 930 Westacre Road, Room 75, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
