Food Service Forms
The Washington Unified School District participates in the National School Lunch and/or School Breakfast Programs (NSLP). NSLP applications now known as School Funding Forms are now being accepted.You are encouraged to complete a form to help support the school's funding. On our main page through the "Student Cafeteria Accounts" tab you will find a link for the form. Remember this form is for is for more than a meal!
NSLP meals are served every school day at participating schools. A new form is required every school year (one per household). You or your children do not have to be U.S. citizens to qualify for free or reduced-price meals. If you need additional information please do not hesitate to contact us at (916) 375-7604 ext. 1060.
