Board Briefs
The Washington Unified School District (WUSD) is governed by an elected five member Board of Education. The WUSD Board of Trustees typically hold Board Meetings on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.
Meetings are held at the West Sacramento Civic Center (City Hall), 1110 West Capitol Avenue, West Sacramento. Closed Session begins at 6:00 p.m. and Open Session begins at 7:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public.
Agendas are posted on Agenda Online on the Friday or Monday before each regularly scheduled Board Meeting.
Throughout the year Special Board Meetings and Study Session are scheduled as needed to discuss and consider a variety of specific items. The dates, times, and topics are announced prior to each Special Board Meeting and Study Session.
