Superintendent Search 2020
On July 9, 2020, the board of Trustees accepted the retirement notice of Superintendent Luna effective January 1, 2021. At the regularly scheduled Board Meeting on July 23, 2020, the Board took action to hire the consulting services of McPherson & Jacobson to support the Board in a search for a new Superintendent. The Board held a Special Board Meeting on August 4, 2020, to discuss with Jacobson & McPherson the desired qualifications, skills, and competencies of the next Superintendent. During the week of August 24 - 28, 2020, the search firm met with multiple stakeholder groups and provided an online survey for parent input.
