Community Flyers: Peachjar

About
The Washington Unified School District (WUSD) works regularly with a number of community groups and outside organizations to distribute materials district-wide. Beginning with the 2017-18 school year, the WUSD is transitioning to a new electronic method for flyer distribution using a program called Peachjar.
Peachjar eFlyers streamline the flyer review and distribution process allowing community organizations that work with to deliver information through email and online postings via the district and school websites.
This program allows us to strengthen our efforts in being more conscious stewards of the environment while incorporating new business practices embracing innovative technology for increased efficiency and effectiveness. The flyers will be sent directly to parents’ email inboxes as well as posted on school websites for easy access. All flyers are accessible by clicking on the Peachjar logo found on our websites.
Each year, our district will save tons of paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. In addition, paperless delivery of school flyers removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.
All flyers may be accessed by clicking the Peachjar logo below:

To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.
1. Visit www.peachjar.com
2. Register as an Enrichment / Community Org. (account type).
3. Upload your flyer for approval.
Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the WUSD district office. District office staff will review the material and approve or deny based on our standard guidelines. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. Please allow up to 48 hours for the district office to approve or deny your flyer for distribution.
NOTE: If you are a parent group at one of our WUSD schools, these instructions do not apply.
