Mobile Device Guidelines
Starting January 2025, Washington Unified School District (WUSD) is implementing a new Mobile Communication Device Policy (Board Policy 5131.8) to enhance our learning environment.
These guidelines will help reduce cyberbullying, improve student safety, and create a more focused learning environment. Encouraging students to engage more directly with their peers and teachers fosters important social skills and deeper connections within our school community.
We encourage you to review the policy and discuss these guidelines with your children. Your support in implementing this policy is crucial to its success.
